The Masks We Wear - Hidden Talents
Workshop led by Paula Leslie
This program is designed for amateur and professional artists.
The workshop is open to men and women. Do you believe you show up
to life from your true self? Or, do you sense that at times you
hide behind a mask? Perhaps you learned to please others by wearing
a mask over your true emotions?
Why live half a life? Join us in this adventure to explore what
talents may be hidden behind your mask. We will have fun on
this journey to discover our real selves. Paula will guide us with
meditation, visualization exercises, art therapy, yoga and music.
Painting will be included. Students need to bring Acrylic paint
supplies and lunch. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
